Dr. Charles Winick helps people achieve their true potential and gain greater satisfaction in their lives.  To pursue this core value, Dr. Charles Winick has spent over thirty years applying psychological principles to help individuals, families, and groups through clinical practice and forensic practice.  Dr. Charles Winick’s professional journey includes conducting individual psychotherapy with children and adults, psychoeducational evaluations with children and adults, disability evaluations, parent coordination, forensic evaluations for the Court system, expert witness testimony, and consultation with attorneys for deposition/trial preparation.

In 2000, Dr. Charles Winick formed his own corporation, Family and Forensic Psychology, P.A., to pursue his core values as a psychologist within a business framework.  Dr. Winick has also developed a knowledge of successful business operation through personally researching, selecting, and maintaining a portfolio of businesses for stock market investment.  Furthermore, as a volunteer youth sports coach, Dr. Winick spent many years applying psychological principles to help his players achieve individual goals within the framework of overall team success.  With information gathered from these experiences, Dr. Winick has successfully built and maintained his own business, Family and Forensic Psychology, P.A. for over twenty years. 

Dr. Winick will utilize his diverse experiences as a business owner, a clinical psychologist, a forensic psychologist, a youth coach, and a business investor, to help your company improve organizational performance by applying psychological principles that can develop the effectiveness of individuals and groups in the workplace.  As a management consultant, Dr. Winick can help motivate your employees to achieve organizational goals, help your employees set and achieve individual goals within the framework of organizational goals, help improve communication among your employees and management, and develop conditions within the organizational framework that will facilitate maximum productivity.
